G.H.Hurt & Son presented Feefo's highest award for customer service: PLATINUM Award 2020
G.H.Hurt & Son are proud to be awarded the Feefo Platinum Award, after achieving a gold standard for three consecutive years. This is the first year that Feefo has awarded Platinum, a new standard. We feel honoured to achieve this award in its first year. This award shows our consistently high customer service, not just one, but over three consecutive years.
The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award presents an independent seal of excellence and demonstrates that a business is delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real, genuine G.H.Hurt & Son customers themselves. At present, G.H.Hurt & Son have over 1000 published customer reviews with an overall 5-star rating for customer experience and product rating.
We love to go way beyond the norm in customer experience to guarantee our shoppers are happy and to ensure we are providing high levels of all round service, giving our buyers the perfect product and service. We value being part of Feefo in order to gain feedback. Even when there is negative feedback. Every comment is valued. Each review allows us to further assist our customers and we work hard to resolve all outstanding queries.
The journey from us to you:
The journey of our customer service starts as soon as a product is added to your basket. Customers are given the option to add a special touch to their order, either wrapping the item in a luxury gift box or adding a personalised gift card with the order. Once an order has been placed, our customer services receive an email with the details of the order to process. The order items then begin a journey through our shawl factory. Each shawl or scarf takes two days to knit and hand finish. The items are then hand washed and packed with care, ready for despatch.
Up to 2-3 weeks later, after your order is delivered, Feefo invites customers by email to provide an independent review. These reviews are posted onto the Feefo website, with the option to remain anonymous. Feefo ensures that all feedback is 'authentic' and ‘real’. This feedback has helped to increase consumer confidence. It also enables us to make better informed, customer-focused decisions. So, we really appreciate the feedback from our customers, who have taken the time to write an honest review. Our customers have helped to build trust in our business from these genuine highly rated reviews.
