Heritage Open Day 2022
We are so pleased to announce the return of our Heritage Open Day. On Saturday 10th of September 2022, we will be opening our Shawl Factory doors once again from 09:00-13:00. Come and explore the rich heritage of hand frame knitting, learn about the artisan techniques we use and browse our luxury collections in our factory shop.
Our historic Shawl Factory is located in Chilwell, Nottingham. Originally built in 1781 as a seed warehouse, we still use the same historic building to make all of our lovely knitted lace pieces. Situated on Chilwell High Road, the town of Beeston is a short walk away and is home to a range of shops, cafés and restaurants which are worth visiting on your day out.
